A Passion for Great Food

Founded in 2015, The Golden Fork started with a simple mission: bring farm-fresh ingredients and creative cuisine to our community. What began as a small neighborhood bistro has grown into one of the city's most beloved dining destinations.

Our founders, Maria and David Chen, met while working in some of New York's finest restaurants. They shared a dream of creating a place where exceptional food, warm hospitality, and community could come together.

Today, that dream is realized in every plate we serve. We partner directly with local farmers and producers to source the finest seasonal ingredients, ensuring every dish tells a story of the land and the people who cultivate it.

Meet Our Chef

Chef Marcus Thompson

Executive Chef

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Marcus brings over 15 years of fine dining experience to The Golden Fork. After honing his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Marcus returned to his hometown with a vision to celebrate local ingredients through refined technique. His menus change with the seasons, reflecting his deep commitment to sustainability and his relationships with local farmers.
